2014 – Bismarck Motor Company, a Kupper Automotive dealership, is hosting a
groundbreaking ceremony next week to mark the end of the predevelopment phase
of all-new Honda, Nissan and Volkswagen facilities.
“There’s so
much activity and expansion in North Bismarck,” states owner, Bob Kupper. “We’re
excited to be part of Bismarck/Mandan’s growth as well as bring all-new state-of-the
art import dealerships to Western N.D.”
Bismarck’s
exclusive Honda, Nissan and Volkswagen franchises’ new locations will be at the
property located at the corner of 57th Ave. NW and HWY 83, directly north of
Furniture Row. The three brands will have their own separate facilities; Honda
being the largest at 24,000 sq. ft., Nissan 15,000 sq. ft. and Volkswagen
12,000 sq. ft.
“By having
three separate facilities, we will be able to focus more on each brand and the
customers they serve,” says Chris Schneider, General Manager. “The expansion
will help us better serve both our customers and our employees.”
The
commencement will be held on Thursday, Aug. 14 at 4 p.m. at the new
construction site to celebrate the beginning of a much needed dealership
expansion of Bismarck Motor Company sales, service and parts operations. The
dealership’s hopes are to increase business by 50 percent as well as expand its
staff by 50 employees.
